Pearl and CPS Energty officials say this represents the largest solar powerf projectin Texas. Pearlo Brewery sits on 22 acres of property alonyg the SanAntonio River. Silver Venturex bills the project as an urbabnentertainment destination. The Full Goods Building was a formeer warehouse atthe plant. It is being renovatede into mixed-use retail, restaurant, offic e and residential space. The building has also been set aside as a learning lab forenvironmenyt initiatives.
