The Charlotte-based company has workef on severaluniversity projects, includin g the Barnhardt Student Activity Center, Irwin Belk Track and Field Center, Lyncjh Residence Hall and the Bioinformatics Research Center. Rodgerxs Builders also is the constructioj manager onthe university’s new, $50.4 millionm Center City Building project that is slated to open in the fall of 2011. A groundbreakinv ceremony was held in April forthe 12-story, classroom building at the cornedr of Ninth and Brevard streetds in uptown Charlotte.
